We guarantee fast, sure, and reliable delivery at the given address. Please remember that the order is filled once we have received the confirmation of the transfer/payment.
Flowers may be ordered by phone: , as well as through e-mail or through our web page. We take orders based on the following schedule (CET).

POLAND
WARSAW
Orders:
7.00 a.m - 9.00 p.m.
Delivery with in 1,5 hour.
OUTSIDE WARSAW AREA
Orders:
7.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. same day delivery,
7.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m. delivery for the following days,
Delivery: With in 4 hours for the same day delivery.
It is possible to request a specific time of a day but not a specific hour.


 We don't guarantee delivery at a specific hour.

REMARKS:
  1. Please consider that in many countries flowers are not delivered during the weekends. While ordering flowers for the following day please consider that they will be delivered the next working day.
  2. Please remember that some institutions like hospitals or jails do not allowed flowers in their buildings.
  3. Because of the complex order we can't guarantee that the flowers will be delivered at a specific time.
  4. We try to fulfill all the requests from our customers, when possible we try to deliver flowers at a specific time as requested by them.
  5. Please make sure to fill in the order form with the right information. This will help us with the fast delivery.
  6. Please remember to put in the phone number of the receiver. It is important for us to contact the person and confirm the best time for the delivery.
  7. During the holidays like Mothers Day, Valentines, Christmas etc. please order flowers in advance. It will help us organize our delivery schedule in advance.
  8. Our company has right to change the flowers in the bouquet, baskets etc. It may be caused by lack of requested flowers. The changes won't affect the price of order. We will do everything to keep the order the way it was ordered.
